Production & Development Coordinator 

Responsible for overall development and production of MATT & NAT products.  We are looking for someone to coordinate and manage product development process with our overseas vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.



  • Build and maintain all technical product specifications (BOM, Cost sheet, hangtag/label, packaging, and associated technical images, etc.)
  • Prepare specification and assist purchaser with FOB negotiation and cost analysis
  • Work with product creation team for comments and approvals on all material, trim, graphic and packaging development
  • Ensure MATT & NAT quality standard are respected in sample and production.
  • Inspect and ensure goods are passing QC prior to confirmation.
  • Work with designers for testing and approvals.
  • Follow-up to ensure sample development hits deadline.
  • Communicate with overseas agent and vendor on daily basis.
  • Maintain records per season on all materials, trims, graphics and packaging.
  • Work closely with return department and follow up with vendor on quality issues.
  • Complete product technical specifications according to deadline.
  • Communication with overseas agent and vendor on daily basis.
  • Participate in weekly meeting with design and merchandising to discuss progress of developments.



  • 3-4 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of handbags and shoes construction is essential.
  • Strong knowledge in product development, quality control, development, research, materials, and manufacturing.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, Solution oriented
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Flexible/adaptable in their work schedule.
  • Illustrator and Photoshop, Visual, Momentis
  • Strong eye for color
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Speaking Mandarin is an asset.
