MATT & NAT is seeking a Communications and Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible to promote and make MATT & NAT shine. Do you have a creative pen in both English and French? Do you love fashion and new marketing strategies? Do you share our values of love, authenticity and responsibility? If so we are looking for you!

Main responsibilities:

You will be responsible for activities related to communications, public relations and marketing for the company:

Write communication documents including, without being limited to, website contents, blog posts, press releases, newsletters, catalogs etc.
Creative writing.
Develop and implement strategies for seasonal marketing communications to support the expansion of the brand.
Supervise and monitor the work with external collaborators (bloggers, representatives, suppliers etc.)
Ensure that the vision and values of the brand MATT & NAT is communicated to the public.
Develop the potential of the website and social networks, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube.
Establish good relations with the media and representatives in line with the tone of MATT & NAT.
Negotiate and oversee the work with external collaborators (bloggers, representatives, suppliers, etc.)
Keep up to date with trends in communications and in the fashion industry.
Work closely with a small creative team along with the president of the company.
Develop and maintain quality relationships with our suppliers and customers.
Organize and participate in events promotional or charities, and tradeshows.
Participate in brainstorming sessions.
Mobilize a team and complete projects.


BA in Communication studies, profile Marketing
2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications strategies.
Excellent English writing skills (Priority) and French (Secondary)
Diplomacy and tact in interpersonal relationships.
Be up to date with trends in communications and in the world of fashion.
Strong organizational, time management skills and deadlines.
Perfect bilingualism both spoken and written
Excellent creative writing skills.
Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
Creative, initiative, flexibility and resourcefulness.
Team spirit.
